Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, P.C. is pleased to announce Traci M. Groner, CPA has been named Principal!
Traci Groner provides accounting and tax services to closely-held and family-owned businesses in the service and manufacturing industries. She has also been an integral part of the firm’s technological advancements by taking a lead in learning new accounting packages that increase efficiency in the way we work.
Traci began working for PBGW as a Staff I Accountant 17 years ago when the firm was still Niessen, Dunlap & Pritchard. When the firm split in 1999, she was the only female accountant to join the new PBGW. Today she has reached another milestone for PBGW, becoming the first female in the firm’s history to be named Principal.
She recounts that over the years, “PBGW gave me the opportunity to grow as a professional and also in my personal life. I never had the desire to become a shareholder because I believe that being a shareholder requires an individual to invest a lot of time away from their families. During my review, Rob Pritchard asked me to consider becoming a Principal in the firm. It is quite an honor knowing that I will be the first woman to be part of PBGW’s leadership.”
Traci will still be working on the same clients and will still be assisting Rob Pritchard with consulting projects. However, we are thrilled that she will have the opportunity to bring new ideas to the firm.
